During this session, you’ll enter a relaxed state where the frequency of unconditional love and pure light flows through your energy centers—clearing stagnant patterns, soothing the nervous system, and awakening your body’s natural ability to heal itself. Whether in-person or across distance, the quantum principle of resonance allows the energy to find and balance you wherever you are. What to Expect / What’s Included: - Energy Scan: A brief intuitive assessment to identify where energy feels heavy, blocked, or depleted. - Reiki Transmission: Gentle channeling of healing energy through the chakra system and auric layers. - Chakra Alignment & Balancing: Targeted focus on areas needing harmony, release, or restoration. - Integration Time: Quiet grounding period after the session with optional crystal or sound frequency support. - Post-Session Insights: Personalized feedback or messages received during the session to help you maintain alignment. ✨ Perfect for stress relief, energetic cleansing, emotional recalibration, and restoring a sense of inner peace. 🌿 How to Prepare: - To receive the full benefit of your Reiki session, please take a few simple steps before we begin: Hydrate — Drink plenty of pure water before (and after) your session. Water enhances energetic conductivity and supports detoxification. - Avoid caffeine, alcohol, or heavy meals at least 1 hour before your appointment — this helps your energy system stay clear and receptive. - Set an intention — Quietly affirm what you’d like to release or align with. Your intention guides how the energy flows. - Find a peaceful space — For remote sessions, choose a quiet area where you won’t be disturbed, preferably lying down or seated comfortably. - Have an open heart and mind — Reiki works beyond logic. Allow the energy to move without trying to control it. - (Optional) Keep a journal nearby — You may receive messages, sensations, or clarity that are worth recording afterward. Aftercare Suggestions: Following your session, rest if possible and continue drinking water to assist in energetic integration. Be gentle with yourself — emotions, memories, or sensations may surface as energy recalibrates. These are signs of deep clearing.
Cancellation Policy
Quantum Healing appointments are reserved exclusively for each client. To ensure availability and allow adequate scheduling for all clients, we kindly request at least 48 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Appointments canceled or rescheduled more than 48 hours before the scheduled appointment may be moved without penalty. Appointments canceled less than 48 hours before the scheduled appointment may be subject to a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the service cost. Clients who fail to attend their appointment without notice ("no-call, no-show") may forfeit their appointment and any associated fees paid. If The Inner-G Spot must cancel or reschedule an appointment, the client will be offered the opportunity to reschedule without penalty.
