Cancellation Policy
When you book an appointment with The Inner-G Spot, time is reserved specifically for you. To ensure availability for all clients, we kindly ask that any cancellations or rescheduling requests be made at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment. Cancellations or rescheduling requests made more than 24 hours before the appointment may be completed without penalty. Appointments canceled less than 24 hours before the scheduled time may be subject to a rebooking fee. Clients who do not attend their scheduled appointment without notice ("no-call, no-show") may forfeit their appointment and any associated fees paid. If The Inner-G Spot must cancel or reschedule an appointment, you will be offered the opportunity to reschedule at no additional cost.
